Project capability ranges from the surveying of small building, through to the preparation of comprehensive plans, elevations and section drawings, for multi-building developments such as industrial parks, commercial offices, shopping centers, hospitals, schools, colleges and housing association properties.
The data is recorded using a range of leica distomats and the information recorded accurately. The surveyors will then use that information to produce, high quality drawings and reports, presented to the client in the formats of their choice.
Engineering - Setting 
Out Surveys
When a site layout design has been established, we understand the level of importance that this information is accurately transferred onto site. Using highly advanced technology , the qualified and experienced surveyors at Holden Surveys can set-out points on site as required, using the engineers, design drawings and co-ordinates.
Our role on site can vary greatly depending on complexity of the project, in some cases we set-out key control points only for use by resident site engineers, and in other cases we carry out a complete setting out service.
We work closely with site managers, to provide a reliable, flexible back up service, to set out further phases of the works as and when required.
In addition to setting-out we also are able to carry out check surveys at various stages throughout the construction process; which can involve the independent checking of points set out by others, where quality assurance is required.
